Gift Rules

1. Eligibility

The gift campaign is open to attendees of Embedded World 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany. We may request proof of attendance (e.g., event badge) when gifts are claimed.

2. How to Participate

Submit the entry form on our campaign page before March 9th, 2026, 23:59 (Nuremberg time). Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Gifts

3.1 Limited Gifts (randomly assigned)

• 5x Kypruino UNO+ boards made by ROBO CY.
• 1x Radiacode 102 made by Radiacode Cyprus.

3.2 Guaranteed Participation Gift: WAGO Series modules (for every eligible participant)

Every eligible participant who submits the form and claims the gift in person at Embedded World 2026 will receive one WAGO Series module made by Island Electronics. The specific module type will be selected at random by Island Electronics (e.g. sensor modules, relay modules and other prototyping modules). Please note that Island Electronics will bring a limited quantity of gifts to the event. If the on-site gift stock is exhausted, we may provide a coupon instead. The coupon can be redeemed after the event, and we will ship the participation gift by post at our expense.

Gifts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No cash alternative is available. Island Electronics reserves the right to substitute the participation gift (WAGO Series module) with another item of equal or greater value if necessary (e.g. due to availability).

4. Limited Gift Selection (Record & Transparency)

The selection of recipients for the limited gifts will take place on March 10th, 2026. Recipients will be selected using a randomizer running on a Kypruino UNO+.

The limited gift selection process will be recorded on video and published. All participants will be provided access to the video.

Limited Gift Limit: A single participant cannot receive more than one limited gift. Participants selected for a limited gift will be excluded from receiving any additional limited gifts. This does not affect eligibility for the guaranteed WAGO Series participation gift.

5. Notification and Claiming

Recipients of limited gifts will be notified via email within 2 hours after the selection. Limited gifts must be claimed in person at Embedded World 2026. Island Electronics is not able to ship limited gifts or provide pickup outside the event venue. For the guaranteed WAGO Series participation gift, if on-site stock is exhausted, a coupon may be issued and redeemed after the event, with shipping covered by Island Electronics.

6. Privacy

By participating, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used for the purpose of this gift campaign and, if you opted in, to contact you about our products and services.
